“This was a charming lodge that is full of friendly and helpful staff. It is definitely “old school” in its decor and furnishings but was an ambiance that felt welcoming. The food was excellent and the staff helped us learn Swahili words. Innocence was one of our waiters and did a great job. Asante sana!
The view was lovely from the pool area and the pool itself was clean and welcoming after a day in the crater. The hotel was very accessible for the game drives and in always a good 4 star hotel.”
“A very beautiful lodge with the most stunning view of the sunrise. Clean, elegant, spacious rooms, amazing food and a good selection of wine.
The staff was super polite and friendly. The swimming pool is very inviting so don’t forget your swimming costume.
The road to the lodge is really in bad condition, they could certainly do something about it but when you finally arrive it is a stunning place.”
