In the afternoon you will visit a market where Hadze trade their honey, fruits and other things for knives, arrows and spears that the Datoga silvermsith’s make. This cultural activity is absolutely a memorable experience and worth the extra time (3-4 hours).

Maasai weddings are vibrant and culturally rich ceremonies in the Maasai community of East Africa. They involve traditional rituals, colorful attire, and symbolic exchanges, such as the bride's family providing livestock as a dowry. The celebration includes singing, dancing, and communal feasting, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere. The groom and bride dresses in tradition costumes and faces east as a symbol of new begginings, then the couple receives a Maasai blessing from a Maasai elder from the community.

For the country with both the biggest and the deepest lake in Africa, visitors have relatively little opportunity for canoeing safaris. The only areas where game viewing can be done from a canoe are in Arusha National Park, Lake Duluti and in Lake Manyara National Park (if water level is sufficient).
